Dr. Dustin McCafferty, DDS

Dr. Dustin McCafferty is a general dentist practicing in San Diego, California. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University and is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Dr. McCafferty values dentistry for its ability to meaningfully improve patients’ health and confidence, with a strong focus on patient education as the foundation of optimal oral health.
While he provides a full scope of general dentistry, he has developed a growing clinical focus in dental implants and orthodontics. Outside of the office, Dr. McCafferty values time with his wife, Chelsea, and their two children, and enjoys being outdoors with his family.
Dr. Brent Kutlesa, DDS

Dr. Brent Kutlesa graduated from the University of Oklahoma and went on to attend dental school at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He pursued dentistry to use clinical treatment as a way to meaningfully improve his patients’ lives. When he’s not in the operatory, you’ll find him outdoors — hiking, fishing, and enjoying just about anything the day brings.
Dr. Michael Cheng, DDS

Dr. Michael Cheng began practicing dentistry with Dental Depot in 2002 after finishing dental school. Today, he leads the Dental Depot Edmond office, where he combines clinical experience with a patient-first approach to general dentistry. Dr. Aaron Bulleigh, DDS

Dr. Aaron Bulleigh was born and raised in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. He attended Brigham Young University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree, and then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2005. Dr. Bulleigh married his wife Jacqueline Newman in 1993, and they were blessed with three children. His two oldest children, Hadley and Brigette, both earned their Dental Hygiene licenses and work alongside him at Desert Springs Dental Care.
Dr. Bulleigh has maintained a steady commitment to advancing his clinical skills through continuing education in oral surgery, wisdom tooth extraction, implant placement, orthodontics (braces and clear aligners), and endodontics. He enjoys bringing the most effective techniques and technologies to his patients to ensure they are receiving the most current and best care available. A childhood dental phobia helped shape his approach: he and his team work diligently to recognize patient anxiety and create an atmosphere of relaxation and compassion at Desert Springs Dental Care.

Richard P. Anderson, DDS

I am a dentist, trainer, and digital dentistry mentor with 30 years of clinical experience and more than 20 years of hands-on expertise with CEREC and digital workflows. I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry on a research scholarship and earned my DDS degree in 1995. I later completed the USAF Dental Surgical Residency while serving as a dentist in the United States Air Force, where I also became an Assistant Flight Surgeon. During my military service, I was honored as Air Combat Command Officer of the Year and received the Air Force Commendation Medal. I am a member of the ADA and AGD, and I completed LVI Mastership training. Over the years, I have built a reputation as a trusted educator in advanced restorative and digital dentistry. I am a Legacy Trainer for Patterson Dental, a Trainer for Dentsply Sirona, and a CDocs Mentor Trainer. Since adopting CEREC in 2004, I have delivered more than 18,000 milled restorations and trained hundreds of offices and teams across Utah, Nevada, and California, with additional teaching and travel experience in Arizona, Idaho, Wyoming, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. My training includes both basic and advanced topics such as implants, bridges, clear aligner orthodontics, anterior esthetics, zirconia mastery, staining and glazing, CEREC efficiency, and assistant certification. I founded Empower Digital Dental because I wanted to bring my knowledge and experience to CEREC users who want to maximize their potential and ROI. I believe the best digital dentistry results happen when the entire team is trained at a high level. Most dentists eventually realize that to truly maximize return on investment, their assistants need to be trained and empowered to do most of the workflow. My teaching philosophy is simple. I use the tell, show, do method. I explain it, demonstrate it, and then mentor teams while they do it themselves. I am passionate about helping dentists and assistants create restorations with exceptional function, esthetics, and efficiency. Some of the most rewarding moments are when a patient is in and out in under an hour and cannot even tell which tooth was treated because the result blends so naturally. I also offer AGD CERT CE credits, with most in-office trainings providing 6 CE credits per day. At the center of everything I do is one focus: CEREC excellence without compromise.
